The hotel is in a prime location right at Terminal 2, making it easy to get to the terminal or the car rental reception desk between the two terminals. Being in the basement of Terminal 2 is very convenient, especially for those catching early morning flights or needing quick access to Helsinki downtown. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, providing a relaxing stay before or after a long journey.

One drawback mentioned by some guests is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, leading to potential disruptions from noise, such as luggage being moved in the area above.
